What’s Included in an Apartment or Home Cleanout

We take almost everything. Whether it’s one room or the whole place, our team is ready to clear it out and make the space usable again.

Here’s what we remove during a typical cleanout:

Furniture – Beds, sofas, dressers, chairs, tables, shelves, and more

Appliances – Refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, and microwaves

Trash & Bagged Junk – Loose items, garbage, or boxes left behind

Clothing & Linens – Old clothes, bedding, towels, and textiles

Books & Decor – Wall art, knickknacks, magazines, framed prints

Electronics – TVs, computers, printers, cables, and chargers

Garage & Attic Contents – Tools, boxes, seasonal decorations

Yard or Patio Items – Planters, grills, old furniture, or broken gear

Mattresses & Box Springs – We take those too, no extra prep needed

Miscellaneous – If it’s non-hazardous and not nailed down, we probably take it

If you’re not sure about an item, just ask. Chances are, we’ve hauled it before.

Items We Can’t Take: Hazardous and Restricted Materials

We do our best to remove just about everything, but a few items need special handling:

Asbestos – Needs certified hazardous waste services.
Biohazard Waste – Like medical waste, needles, and sharp containers.
Hazardous Chemicals – Paints, solvents, gasoline, and more.
Pesticides & Herbicides – Strong chemicals we can’t take.
Petroleum Products – Oil, grease, and anything flammable.

That’s because California’s Universal Waste Regulations don’t allow many of these items in regular junk removal. We’ll point you in the right direction for proper disposal.

How Our Cleanout Service Works

We know letting someone into your space to haul things out takes trust. That’s why we keep things simple, clear, and honest every time. Here’s why people across San Jose area choose us for apartment and home cleanouts:

We Handle the Whole Job

You don’t have to lift a thing. We clear it all, furniture, junk, appliances, bags, boxes and leave the place swept clean.

We Show Up On Time

No waiting around. We arrive when we say we will and get to work right away.

No Hidden Charges

We give you a quote up front. What we say is what you pay.

We Reuse What We Can

Usable items are donated to local charities. C&D waste like old furniture and renovation debris makes up 30% of what ends up in San Jose landfills. We sort and haul responsibly to cut that down.

Friendly Local Crew

We’re not a franchise. We’re local. And we treat your space the way we’d treat our own.

San Jose Focused

We know the area, the buildings, and the needs. That means we work faster and smarter.

What Happens to the Stuff We Remove?

Not everything we haul ends up in the trash. A big part of what we do is sorting through what we collect and finding the right place for it.

Here’s what happens after the cleanout:

Usable Items – We donate furniture, clothing, and other goods to local charities whenever possible

Electronics & Appliances – We take these to certified recycling centers that handle e-waste properly

Scrap Metal & Materials – Items like bed frames, shelving, and broken tools are separated for recycling

General Trash – Anything left over is brought to a licensed disposal site, not dumped illegally

Hazardous Items – We don’t take them, but we’ll help you find the right place if you need help

San Jose is working toward zero waste, and we do our part by reducing landfill use wherever we can.

Who We Work With

We help all kinds of people clear out cluttered spaces, whether it’s their home, a rental property, or somewhere they just need cleared fast. If you’ve got junk, we’re the crew to call.

Here’s who we work with most often:

Homeowners – Clearing out garages, basements, or entire houses

Renters – Moving out and need to get the place broom-clean? We’ve got you

Landlords & Property Managers – Quick turnovers after move-outs or evictions

Real Estate Agents – Pre-sale cleanouts to get homes market-ready

Seniors & Downsizers – Helping simplify without the stress

Busy Families – Making space in homes that have just gotten a little too full

Estate Executors – Clearing homes after a loss, with care and respect

Hoarding Recovery Teams – We handle large, sensitive cleanouts one step at a time

No matter the job or the reason, we show up ready to work and leave the space better than we found it.
